[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Coming to Berlin most of the tourists will concentrate on visiting Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstrasse and Gendarmenmark, Zoologischer Garten, Hackescher Markt and many other typical Berlin locations. But what if you move to Berlin where will you actually live as a student?

The prices in Berlin for rents increased so much during the last 5 years as there aren’t a lot of apartments available. That’s why it’s so hard and expensive to live in cool neighbourhoods like Mitte, Friedrichshain and Prenzlauer Berg. But Berlin is more than only its centre and every districts offers its own charm.

Wedding was seen for a long time as an unattractive neighbourhood but it always had two advantages: location and cheap rents. In only 15 min you are at Alexander Platz, Zoologischer Garten or Humboldt University. During the past years the Berlin meltingpot neighbourhood Wedding became an attractive choice of living for students in a creative and artistic environment.

These are some of the places in Wedding you should visit:[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][thb_gap height=”30″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_text_separator title=”Discover it! Humboldthain is one of the biggest green spots in Wedding and a great place to relax. It was created over two former Flak towers. One of them serves as a sledding hill for children during the winter and the other has an amazing view of Berlin.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][thb_gap height=”30″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][thb_image image=”13520″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][thb_gap height=”30″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

Hidden Rose Garden

One of Berlins hidden gems is The Rose Garden at Humboldthain Park. Not a lot of people know about this garden due to its secluded location. It is only accessible in the summer time and has a huge range of different roses.
